$8,000 Tax Credit Available For New Home Buyers and $6,500 for Existing Home Buyers: You've probably already heard that the tax credits have been extended and expanded until April 30, 2010!! Together with lower home prices and great interest rates, what a great opportunity to purhcase your new home and for existing home owners who qualify to receive $6,500 in tax credit.
Mortgage Protection Program: Callifornia Associate of REALTORS Housing Affordability Fund ("CARHAF") is offering this program at no cost to the Buyer. If a first time home buyer becomes involuntarily unemployed or becomes accidentally disabled may be eligible to receive up to $1,500 per month for six months to help make mortgage payments. They are also offering a one time $10,000 accidental death benefit.
